What is the Pepsi Refresh Project?
Instead of spending 200 million dollars on a commercial for this years super bowl Pepsi decided to start the Refresh Project which supports grassroots ideas from everyday people working to make our world a better place to live.
So we have ideas and Pepsi has the money. A pretty sweet deal.

Why are we doing this? Kids Rock the World Project
Kids will be able to write original songs, perform at real rock concerts and see themselves broadcast on TV and YouTube.
Spark excitement for learning with participative engaging adventures.
Let kids be kids – have fun and learn by direct personal experience.
Give kids recognition as valuable active members of our community.
Plus hundreds of other good reasons. Can you think of a more?
What do we have to do to get the $25,000 grant for Kids Rock the World?
1. Commit to vote everyday (just do the best you can, we will love you anyway)
2. Get at least 3 new people to vote (pass these two goals on to everyone!)

Who can vote?
All legal residents of the United States residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age and older. Participants can vote for up to 10 of their favorite ideas every day. Voting starts on the August 1st and continues through the last day of the month. Voting is more like American Idol than a presidential election. You can vote more than once.
What is the easiest way to remember to vote every day?
Just for the month of August change the home page in your browser to the

This way the voting page will be the first page you see every time you open your internet browser. You won't have to stress about remembering to vote. It will just take a minute as the first thing you do when you go on the internet.
It's super easy to set up once you know how.

Sign up for an account so you will be able to vote.
It is just a simple account for voting there is no complicated profile or any personal information posted anywhere.
There are only 3 things you need to enter to sign in, email, password and security image. I have never received any unsolicited email from Pepsi. Do make sure you check your preferences when you sign up.
In the future all you need to do is sign in at the little link at the bottom left of the Refresh Everything webpage.
A nifty hint is that it you click in the same sign in spot when it says your profile you can see a list of all the ideas you have already voted for which makes it extremely easy to vote again.
Since you can vote for up to 10 ideas each day is there an easy way to vote for more than one project without having to search all around?
Yes! Once you vote for an idea it is listed in your profile which makes it super easy to vote again for ideas you believe in and want to support.
May I submit more than one vote from the same IP address?
Yes. However, you may only vote up to 10 times per account per day, but each vote must be for different projects.
How do you tune an air guitar?
They are tuned at the factory so you don’t need to worry about it. The volume is also pre set from zero to infinitely loud!
